Chief Financial Officer
Tim Murphy serves as REPAY’s Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Mr. Murphy is responsible for all financial operations of the company including finance, planning, accounting, tax, treasury, reporting, and corporate development. Mr. Murphy is also responsible for REPAY's compliance and risk management functions. Most recently, Mr. Murphy served as Director of Corporate Development for Amaya Gaming Group, a global diversified gaming company with a strategy focused on growth through acquisitions. This position was following Amaya’s purchase of Cadillac Jack, a company engaged in the design and development of slot machines. At Cadillac Jack Mr. Murphy served as Director of Finance from 2009–2012 through a period of rapid growth which led to the eventual sale of the company. Mr. Murphy represented Cadillac Jack during diligence and negotiations. Prior to Amaya and Cadillac Jack, Mr. Murphy was an investment banker at Credit Suisse in NYC, where he focused on financial institutions, including financial technology companies such as REPAY. His professional career began at the management consulting firm BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting). Mr. Murphy earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Brown University, and his MBA in Corporate Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
